The Bachelor Grant Ellis’ women broke down both physically and emotionally on tonight’s Episode 3. Season 29 continued with 14 beauties still in the running for the former basketball player’s love.
But fans saw the process turn into a train wreck, as one lady had to leave due to illness, another revealed her struggle with epilepsy, and two women feuded over something Grant might have said. Despite beloved guest stars returning to the mansion, the tone turned dark. And at the end of the episode, four women had to leave. Read on to find out spoilers about everything that happened!
Who went home on The Bachelor 2025 tonight?
Beverly, 30, an insurance salesperson from Howard Beach, N.Y., was set for a one-on-one date with Grant on episode 3. But she got ill and couldn't make it.
“She won’t be coming back to the house,” her co-star Parisa told cameras.
As Bachelor spoiler expert Reality Steve reported, “Beverly got very sick after the basketball date [during episode 2] and was taken to the hospital. She eventually wasn’t able to be medically cleared to return back to the show so she went home.” The hospitalization wasn’t shown on camera.

Alli Jo, 30, a boxing trainer from Manalapan, N.J., cried while departing that “it really sucks” that Grant couldn’t see them as a couple.
Bailey, 27, a social media manager from Atlanta, Ga., known for her bob hairdo, noted that the show had been “filled with intense emotions” for her.
Chloie, 27, a plus-sized model from New York, N.Y., sobbed that she’d lost her chance with Grant due to drama between a couple of the other women.

Natalie, Bailey, Alexe, Alli Jo, Chloie, Sarafiena, Dina, Parisa, Rose, Zoe, Litia, and Juliana went to “The Bachelor School of Finance” to learn tips with day trader Grant.
In guest shots, billionaire businessman Daniel Lubetzky and comedienne Hannah Berner had the ladies answer such questions as how much a man should spend on a wedding ring. Grant chimed in that he thought $20,000 was the right amount! Ladies grabbed “Grant bucks” in wind-filled booths and Bailey got the most, earning her a tee shirt The Bachelor had slept in!
Who got the first group date rose on The Bachelor 2025 tonight?
Although Grant flirted with Zoe and Juliana, he told the girls the group date rose would go to the person he’d had the most fun with. That turned out to be Parisa, who had gorged on Rice Krispies treats and laughed with the hunk. But Grant also admonished the women to be kind to one another after Zoe had told him the group had been “taking little jabs at me constantly.”
What happened on the one-on-one date on The Bachelor 2025 tonight?
Grant whisked Carolina away to Las Vegas on a private jet.
Both were scared to bungee off a building in the Skyjump above the Vegas strip, but were thrilled when they succeeded. Carolina raved that it was “the best date of my entire life.”
Over dinner, however, she got serious and revealed to Grant, “I have a disability people can’t see.” Carolina said she suffered tremors in her teens and was eventually diagnosed with epilepsy. “I’ve controlled it with medication….[but] romantic partners have let me down,” she moaned to Grant, who assured the beauty that her condition wouldn’t stand in the way of their relationship.
He gave Carolina the one-on-one date rose and told cameras he could see himself falling in love with her.
Who went on the second group date on The Bachelor 2025 tonight?
Beverly was supposed to get the second one-on-one date. But after she left due to illness, it turned into a three-on-one group date instead with Sarafiena, Dina, and Litia being the lucky ladies.
The gals met Grant at the Vanderpump Dogs rescue organization, where reality TV star Lisa Vanderpump greeted them. Dina and Grant groomed a dog together, while Sarafiena and Litia walked dogs with him.
Who got the second group date rose on The Bachelor 2025 tonight?
Litia landed a private dinner with Grant at Los Angeles City Hall, where he told her about his father’s addiction issues and how his mother had held down the fort. Litia was happy to see Grant show emotion, and she told him how her own dad had died in a car accident when she was 3, but her extended family took care of her.
Grant called Litia’s mother as she was missing home, and they both enjoyed talking to her. He awarded Litia the second group date rose and they kissed and danced to a string quartet.
“After tonight, Litia could be my wife,” Grant said in confessional.
Were there any special guests on The Bachelor tonight?
Joan Vassos’ The Golden Bachelorette contestants Gary, Jack, Keith, and Jonathan, who had been part of her senior citizen prom on that show last year, joined the group for another prom. Grant said he’d been so focused on basketball in his youth that he hadn’t attended his own high school prom. The ladies and Golden guys made sure Grant had a great time.
What drama happened on The Bachelor tonight?
After her date with Grant, Carolina was crying because she’d had an off-camera conversation with Rose. Carolina said Rose said Grant had told her when he’d earlier been dancing with Carolina, he was thinking of Rose instead!
Carolina sobbed that she didn’t want to waste her time. Eventually, she told Grant what someone had said, without identifying the gal. Grant said it was a lie, and privately figured out Rose was the culprit. He confronted Rose and she said vaguely, “I thought that was something I heard you said,” about Carolina.
Grant told Rose, “I’m not a player,” and her gossip had made “me look like I don’t want to find a wife.”
Teary-eyed Rose apologized to Grant and he went back to Carolina to assert that he’d never said that. Meanwhile, the other women weren’t happy that the dustup had wrecked their time with Grant!

At the rose ceremony, Parisa and Litia were safe with their group date roses, as was Carolina with her one-on-one rose. Grant gave out seven other roses, in order, to:

With that, ten women headed into week 4, and a preview showed they would be traveling to romantic Madrid, Spain!
