You probably know MCoBeauty for their effective, reasonably priced makeup and skincare.
Now they have another string to their bow - two sunscreens.
Both just $35, they deliver UVA/UVB broad spectrum protection against UV damage, prevent sun-induced skin ageing and offer perfect skin tone and texture.
They're non-greasy and non sticky, don't white-cast on your skin, and they sit beautifully under makeup.
Here's everything you need to know.
Invisible Facial Sunscreen SPF 50+
This is a 3-in1 primer, moisturiser and sunscreen.
It's lightweight with a hydrating finish, and doesn't block pores.
It's a chemical sunscreen, which means it contains chemical compounds that absorb the sun’s UVA and UVB rays, and converts them into heat, before they hit the skin’s dermis layer.
This prevents UV rays from damaging the skin.
This sunscreen is great for all skin types.
It rubs easily into your skin, looks great under makeup and layers beautifully on top of other skincare products.
It also contains vegan collagen which plumps skin and reduces fine lines and wrinkles.
Mineral Mattifying Sunscreen SP50+
This is a mineral, or physical, sunscreen with a matt formula.
It's great for controlling skin that's prone to oiliness or shine, and evens out skintone and texture without being greasy or sticky.
A physical sunscreen like this contains physical or mineral sun blockers, such as zinc, that create a physical barrier between the sun and your skin.
It reflects some UVA and UVB rays, while absorbing others, as chemical sunscreens do.
This formula is great for easily irritated, sensitive skins.
Because it's zinc-based, it's a thick, soothing formula.
It also contains kakadu plum, which is high in Vitamin C, to brighten and firm skin and protect against free radicals.
It's fragrance free.
