Matt Damon Looks Nearly Unrecognizable Sporting New Look During Rare Casual Outing With Wife and Daughters

Matt Damon might be known for his clean-cut good looks, but that doesn't mean the actor doesn't occasionally embrace his scruffier side.

The 54-year-old star went for a casual vibe while watching the Los Angeles Lakers face off against the Portland Trail Blazers at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on Sunday, Dec. 8.

Wearing a blue plaid flannel shirt and a baseball cap, Damon appeared to be in good spirits at the sporting event. His wife, Luciana, and their youngest daughters, Gia, 16, and Stella, 14, joined him for the outing.

While it's unclear why Damon currently has a more rugged appearance, the style switch-up could have something to do with his upcoming Netflix film, RIP, which he's starring in and producing with longtime friend and collaborator Ben Affleck.

In a series of pics obtained by Page Six in November, Affleck also appeared to have left his clean-shaven days behind him as he drove around Los Angeles with a dark, bushy beard and mustache, smoking a cigarette.

Affleck sported a full beard earlier that month when, like Damon, he went to a Lakers game at the Crypto.com Arena with his son, Samuel.
