'Unfollow and delete': Former MAFS star Susie Bradley and Todd Carney are over

In April they were spotted ‘engagement ring’ shopping, but now it seems former MAFS star Susie Bradley and NRL bad boy Todd Carney are on the rocks, the pair deleting all traces of each other on social media.

The controversial Married at First Sight contestant, who was coupled with Billy Vincent on the most recent season of the reality TV series, made her relationship with Todd official in a gushing post on Instagram back in March.

But since then, things appear to have gone south, with the couple unfollowing each other on Instagram and removing all loved-up photos from their accounts.

“Letting go doesn't mean giving up, but rather accepting that there are things that cannot be,” Susie also cryptically shared on her Instagram Stories, along with a second image that read: “Wine won’t wake up one day and leave you”.

On their six-month anniversary in August, 27-year-old Susie gushed: “We have laughed, we have cried, we have battled relentlessly with attention, both positive and negative, we have had our names tattooed, we've been on an overseas holiday, we have grown in love each day, learning as a new family of three.”

In the eight months of their brief romance, Todd had stepped up to act as a step-father to Susie's four-year-old daughter, Baby, from a previous relationship.

“She has her own father, but when Baby's in my care, I treat her as if she's my own,” he told New Idea as recently as last month.

He even recently admitted he's ready to start a family, but added it would be if they were both “ready to commit to it”.

Love life on show

Australia was first introduced to Susie when she joined Married at First Sight as one of four intruders, and was paired with barista Billy Vincent.

But throughout their brief time on the show, Susie made it no secret she preferred the ‘bad boy’ type.

Reports of her relationship with Todd first surfaced the morning after Valentine’s Day when they were spotted in an arm-in-arm embrace outside a Brisbane hotel.

They both continued to hint at the fledgling romance in the weeks following the encounter including when Todd coyly liked a selfie Susie captioned “Cannot wipe the smile off of my face #cloud9.”
