MAFS's Alana reveals she's 'found love': 'You're the one I need'
Married At First Sight star Alana Lister didn't walk away from the show with Jason Engler, but she has found love, just not with anyone else, but herself.
Taking to Instagram, the 30-year-old teacher shared a video of herself dancing in front of the mirror to Beyoncé's 'Love on Top' while applying her makeup in just a T-shirt and her underwear.
She wrote on the video, "When you find love and it's you," as she pointed to herself in the mirror while singing the song, which features the lyrics, "Baby, it's you, you're the one I love, you're the one I need."
Alana captioned the snap, "Love yourself first #loveyourselfchallenge."

Fans loved the video with one user saying the star has "Queen energy", while another wrote, "You go girl!"
"I love this! Your energy and joy is infectious," someone else commented.
"You are truly a ray of sunshine Alana," another added.
Alana recently jumped on Instagram to call out the many "Karen-like" people who had been commenting on her posts to criticise her outfits.
"Just jumping in here really quickly to say thanks to all my queens for your love. I so appreciate it," she said.
"Just to respond to some of the real Karen-like comments that I've seen on some of my videos and photos just in regards to what I'm wearing or what I'm not wearing and what a man's going to think of me because of that.
"Firstly, that's a man's problem, and secondly, thank you for your concern, but I'm doing just fine.
"I wish I had the time to educate you on world history and discrimination and sexism and politics and morals and ethics and socialisation," she added.
"I feel like if I did, you would maybe understand that the reasons you think the things you think are because you are simply a product of a hugely corrupt, archaic system that forces women to hate women and shame them just because of their sexuality.
"It's outdated and it's oppressive and it doesn't have a place in our society in 2021."
Alana and Jason seemed to be one of the strongest couples early in the experiment, but they soon began arguing more often and while Alana had planned to break up with Jason at the final vows, she changed her mind at the last minute. They later broke up before the reunion dinner party.
