Yahoo Lifestyle Mark Zuckerberg Just Unveiled His New Custom Porsche ‘Minivan’
What kind of custom Porsche does one of the world’s richest people dream of owning? How about a minivan?
You may think we’re joking, but that’s just what Mark Zuckerberg recently commissioned from West Coast Customs. The Facebook founder asked the famous custom shop to build him and his wife, Pricilla Chan, a family hauler based on the popular Cayenne SUV.

Zuck revealed the latest addition to his vehicle collection on Instagram and Facebook on Sunday. The post, which is soundtracked by Koo Koo’s “Rollin in the Minivan,” includes several shots of the vehicle, which is finished in a glossy coat of what looks to be Arctic Grey. The centibillionaire also took a couple of sentences to explain how the custom ride came before thanking West Coast Customs for helping make the vehicle a reality.
“New side quest,” he wrote in the post. “Priscilla wanted a minivan, so I’ve been designing something I’m pretty sure should exist: a Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT Minivan.”
The minivan looks just like a stretched-out version of the high-performance SUV. That’s likely because it appears to be exactly what it is. The section between the vehicle’s B- and C-pillars looks to have been stretched three to four feet. This modification necessitated a couple of structural and design changes, including a longer roof and electric sliding doors. A video included on the post suggests the interior of the vehicle now features three rows of seats (meaning it has room for six to seven people), as well.
Zuck didn’t include any details about performance, but the stock Cayenne Turbo GT is one of the more exhilarating SUVs on the market. The top-of-the-line version of the vehicle is powered by a twin-turbocharged V-8 that makes 650 hp, 626 ft lbs of torque, and redlines at 6,800 rpm. It’s a beast, but probably isn’t a match for the matching manual 911 GT3 Touring that Zuck also included as part of the “his and hers” commission. The sports car may be less potent, but it can sprint from zero to 62 mph in just 3.9 seconds and has a top speed of 199 mph.
This isn’t actually Porsche’s first minivan, of course. But Motor1.com points out that the company’s unveiled a concept called the Vision Renndienst in 2019, which had a three-row seating configuration that included a central driver’s seat up front. Unfortunately, the EV did not make it to production—at least not yet.
