The hot dudes reading (@hotdudesreading) instagram account delivers on a very simple promise: to fill your feed with pictures of, well, hot dudes reading. (No Kindles, the founders joke, and quite rightly so).
This new account is barely ten days old, but already it has gained some 85,000 followers (and counting). Based in New York, many of the men featured have been snapped anonymously while catching up on some reading on their morning commute.

There’s Patrick Bateman-esque suave banker types reading the newspaper (“nothing beats a banker without a band,” the account jokes), there’s scruffy, artsy men thumbing through secondhand paperbacks and there’s one sensitive soul in a sensible pea coat working his way through Lena Dunham’s Not That Kind Of Girl. “I love a man getting in touch with his feminine side,” the account says, “When will he get in touch with mine? Just kidding.”
You can submit your own pictures, so we hope it’s only a matter of time before some Australian dudes (wearing Bassike threads and carrying copies of Kazuo Ishiguro’s The Buried Giant, perhaps?) start popping up on the feed.
