Watch This Couple Age 50 Years In 5 Minutes And Try Not To Cry

Nowadays, the notion of long-term love is fraught with tales of cheating, boredom and negligence.

But for some, the thought of growing old alongside their partner is a thought to cherish - and a new video by the Cut perfectly encapsulates this sentiment.

A newly engaged couple in their 30s is aged with makeup from 60 to 70 to 80 to 90 in the space of a few minutes - with some emotional results.

While the pair find it funny to watch each other transform into someone with grey hair and wrinkles ("I look like my grandma!"), as the decades go by, they both start crying.

"I can't help but think about what life will be like 50 years from now," says Tavis. "I wonder where we will have gone to be standing next to each other like this."

Watch the video above and try not to cry - we dare you.
