Meet ‘Womansplainer’, A Service That Will Explain Feminism To You

Need to know the difference between feminism and humanism? Never fear. The Womansplainer is here.

Founded by American comic book artist Elizabeth Simins, the service's mission is "consulting for men who have better things to do than educate themselves about feminism."

The point of the website is "to highlight that it's not okay for men on the Internet to demand that women use their time to explains things to men for free," Simins told On The Media.

Three tongue-in-cheek options are available for allegedly clueless dudes seeking feminist-related answers. For $20, Simins will Google a term and send the recipient helpful articles; for $50 she will engage in a public Twitter conversation for no more than 15 minutes about an issue; and for $100, she will spend 40 minutes in a public Twitter interaction with the answer-seeking payee.
