Johnny Depp 'Nervous' About His Daughter Becoming A Model

Johnny Depp may be a huge movie star, but he has the same worries as any other dad (sort of...).

The actor's daughter, Lily-Rose Depp, is on the verge of stardom, and her doting dad has some concerns about it.

The 52-year old confessed he wasn't happy about Lily-Rose's burgeoning modelling career, telling Gala magazine: "To be honest, I'm quite worried. I wasn't expecting all this to happen to Lily-Rose, especially not at this age. But it's her passion and she's having fun."

Considering Depp has one of the most famous faces in the world, he can hardly blame Lily-Rose for wanting to cut her cheekbones on a modelling a career.

So he concedes that there's not much he can do about it, and says simply, "She knows I'm always there for her."

Lily-Rose has catapulted to the forefront of the modelling industry in recent months, with Karl Lagerfeld himself picking her to be the face of Chanel's Fall/Winter 2015-2016 eyewear campaign.

As they say in the industry, when you've got Karl Lagerfeld's backing, it's a safe bet you're going places.
