Victoria Beckham Tells How She Juggles Work/Life Balance

She might be one of the most high-profile fashion designers in the world, but Victoria Beckham certainly isn't letting her job get in the way of her family.

The doting mum-of-four says that while it's a "juggling act" parenting the Beckham kids with husband David, it's one she wouldn't swap for the world.

"They're really supportive of what I do," Beckham said in a new interview with the Telegraph UK. "It's a juggling act, but we have great people around to make sure it all works."

The former Spice Girl said she and David rarely go away at the same time (no shirtless beach holidays then?!) to ensure one of them is always home for the kids.

"I don't really go away that much," Beckham said. "David and I work it out so that so that we're not away at the same time, so that one of us is always there."

Regardless of where they might be in the world, it's clear the family support one another in all their pursuits.

Just yesterday, Brooklyn Beckham joined David on the football field for the final 15 minutes of a friendly charity football game that went ahead despite the Paris attacks - and Victoria showed her support via social media.

"The terrible events in Paris last night are devastating for so many," Victoria wrote. "Our thoughts are with all those who have been caught up in these events, their families and friends.

"In Manchester today, at the Match for Children in aid of UNICEF, Goodwill Ambassador David Beckham and players will be paying tribute to those who have lost their lives with a minute's silence and by wearing black armbands.

"The match will see players and fans of all nations come together to unite and help create a safer world for every child around the world."

Following the game, Victoria posted a picture of Brooklyn and David on Instagram, captioning it, "I love my boys. Incredible game today for a wonderful cause @unicef. What David has achieved makes me so proud. I love u X"
