Lady Gaga Previews New Album At Paris Fashion Week

Lady Gaga fans were treated to an exclusive preview of her new album at Thierry Mugler's menswear Paris Fashion Week show on Wednesday.

The fashion-forward pop star created a one-off remix of Born This Way to accompany the brand's short film presentation, which featured footage from the runway during the show.

Gaga secured the role of musical director of the show courtesy of Thierry Mugler's new creative director, Nicolas Formichetti, who is also her personal stylist.

"Our work together is a pure collaboration between artists," Formichetti said. "The great thing about her is, she is able to bring one dimensional editorials in to reality. She gives purpose to fashion, she wears fashion, she lives fashion."

The film's director, Mariano Vivanco, told MTV news that it was one of his favourite projects to work on.

"A short film for me is like a relationship: You have to love all the imperfections. Hell, I love the film. Of course, words can't express the honour that [Gaga] would give us something so nice to work with. When I hear that song, and you hear it live like we did at the show, I'm like, 'She's done it again.' "

So, how does Gaga feel about it? "She called Nicola, and she said she loved the video," Vivanco said. "She's the queen of our times."
