On Oct. 1, the Hallmark actress, 20, posted a photo of herself reuniting with the cast at Hallmark's Hearties Family Reunion event last month. Laverock — who has been on the mend since falling from a five-story balcony in May — was seen using a walker as she smiled and made heart hands alongside her costars.

"At the end of every rainbow there is a pot of gold. Returning to the warm light of the When Calls The Heart reunion," she captioned the photo on Facebook. "I love you."

Laverock was left in critical condition after falling five stories from a balcony walkway on May 26, having previously been taken to the hospital after having suffered a "medical emergency." She sustained “life-threatening injuries,” from the fall, which took place after she had been transferred to a transferred to a Vancouver hospital, according to the GoFundMe page set up by her family at the time, which has since shut down.

Nearly three months later, Laverock documented her return home from the hospital in a photo shared to her official Facebook page.

“Dreams do come true. Welcome Home Mamie,” the post was captioned alongside a photo of a handmade ‘Home Sweet Home’ sign featuring a picture of Laverock.

The sign was placed beneath a pink streamer banner, along with a photo of a table decorated with a purple tablecloth, a rainbow and daisy balloon arch and a rainbow cake with white frosting containing multi-colored candles.

“She’s still severely injured but we will take care of her privately," her Facebook page responded to one of the comments on the post. "She needed to be at home. So happy for her. She made it this far... next chapter. It’s a blessing to have her home."

Earlier that month, the account shared another update in Laverock's recovery by posting a video of her standing up and taking her first steps.

"Thank you surgeon’s, thank you prayers, thank you Lord. Mamie has just taken her first steps," the caption read. In the clip, Laverock was flanked by two medical staff as she sat on a hospital bed wearing air casts on each leg while surrounded by her family.

The staff then wheeled Laverock’s walker in front of her and she stood up to huge cheers from her loved ones. The star went on to admit that the sensation felt “very weird” and she felt “very wobbly,” but she was soon taking a few steps with her walker.
