The MAFS reunion dinner party is more explosive than we thought

Cyclone Cyrell is back in a big way and she’s coming for Martha.

In the explosive preview for next week’s instalment of Married at First Sight, all of this season’s cast is reunited, and things get ugly.

A freeze frame from the teaser shows Martha, dressed in all white, turning away from Cyrell with a large red wine stain on her side.

In the background, Mike and Sam are seen trying to diffuse the situation, while a cameraman runs around to capture Martha’s reaction.

Meanwhile, a later shot shows a fired-up Cyrell struggling as she’s restrained by three men.

Her ex-‘husband’ Nic has already dobbed the 29-year-old in, recently saying on radio that she is involved in the drama that goes down at the reunion dinner party.

But there’s more

According to an insider, Cyrell and Martha’s incident isn’t the only physical altercation of the night, and at one point, two of the men come close to blows.

“There’s a war of words that leaves two grooms needing to be physically separated by producers,” a source tells OK! magazine.

Reunion part two

While we were prepared for some drama when the cast got back together, we weren’t expecting the experts to step up and finally call out some of the bad behaviour going on behind the scenes.

The reunion is in two parts, a dinner party – enter Cyrell, Martha and the red wine – and a less alcohol-fuelled sit down where the experts reveal some hard truths.

In this segment, we’ll see Ines break down in tears, and Jess face the spotlight when footage of her propositioning Nic is aired in front of the group.

To make matters worse, it comes after Jess reassured her new partner Dan that she didn’t get involved with him because she was looking for ‘an out’ from her relationship with Mick – something increasingly hard to believe considering she first hit on Dan after being rejected by Nic earlier that same night.

The glassing incident

Rumours have been swirling for weeks that there would be a glassing incident at the reunion dinner party, however Nic recently said that was a slight exaggeration.

“[It’s] not quite an actual glassing,” Nic told Grant Denyer – who started the glassing rumours – on radio. “But, yeah some intense stuff happened that’s for sure”.

When pressed on who was involved in the incident, Nic revealed: “I’m not going to say who lunged at who, but you can imagine there was a ‘Cyclone’ involved.”

Grant originally aired the glassing rumours after he was told details by a “very reliable source” who was at the reunion.

“They [the cast] all hate each other so much more now… so it kicks off next level. There is a major fight, a physical fight, girl fight,” he said.

“So one of the contestants walks over and pours a full glass of alcohol on top of another person’s head, then the glass in hand is smashed on the table.

“And then she goes for the face of the person who spilled the wine.”

Grant was convinced the two women involved were Cyrell and Ines, but it seems more likely the incident is referring to Cyrell throwing wine at Martha. We’ll have to wait and see if things escalate further.
