MAFS' Jess and Dan haven't made good on their promises

At their vow renewal ceremony, Jessika Power professed her love for cheating groom Dan Webb, and said she would be re-locating from Perth to the Gold Coast to be with him.

The 33-year-old car salesman responded in kind, and said she would make a beautiful step-mum to his young son.

However, months after filming wrapped, it seems the pair have yet to make true on either of these vows.

Speaking on radio today, Dan revealed that he and Jess, 27, are not living together and that they never intended to in the first place.

“She lives actually between the Gold Coast and Brisbane,” he told Hit 103.5, “She’s got family here as well, so, no, we’re not living together, that’s definitely not going to happen straight away.”

He added, “I’m more of a guy that likes to take things slow and just reassess everything, but we spend as much time as we can together when she’s on the Gold Coast.”

Perhaps Dan was influenced by his mum who questioned Jess’ intentions when she learnt of how quickly things were escalating between the pair.

“I’m a little but concerned with her wanting to come to the Gold Coast that she just doesn’t want somewhere to live and is going to take advantage of him to live with him in his house with his son,” she said on the show, “I’m a little bit worried about it actually.”

As far as Dan’s son is concerned, it seems that far from becoming a step mum, Jess still hasn’t been introduced to the little guy.

In her own radio interview with the Hit network, Jess reasoned that she’s still waiting to meet Dan’s son, “because coming out of the experiment we just wanted to do like the normal couple thing like go on dates and have the honeymoon stage.”

This is despite the fact Dan told the entire cast at the last dinner party that he’d never taken a woman home to meet his son, and was looking forward to breaking that with Jess.

Jess took to Instagram last night to again say just how much in love she is.

“Happiness I think it’s too simple of a word to describe the way I am feeling in this present moment,” she wrote. “You have undeniably made me the happiest women alive right now with your devotion and honesty to our love and to us. I fall in-love with you more and more each day.”

Perhaps they plan on taking things to the next level soon.
