MAFS EXCLUSIVE: Tahnee and Ollie announce major relationship news

It seems season 10 has produced at least one successful couple.

They’ve been one of the strongest couples on this year’s season of Married At First Sight since their wedding last month, and now Tahnee Cook and Ollie Skelton have taken their relationship to the next level.

Yahoo Lifestyle can reveal that the pair have officially moved in together in Sydney after falling in love while filming the reality show late last year.

Since production wrapped in December, Ollie has been flying back and forth between Perth and Sydney and staying with Tahnee in her small studio apartment.

However, the pair have now signed a 12-month lease on a house together after deciding Ollie was going to properly relocate to New South Wales to be together.

An insider tells Yahoo Lifestyle: “They moved into their first official home together last week after signing a 12-month lease. All of their friends, family and co-stars are so happy for them.”

Tahnee and Ollie discover they're related

This comes after Yahoo Lifestyle revealed that Tahnee and Ollie are actually distant relatives, which came as a complete surprise to the pair. The couple only found out about their connection at their wedding reception when guests from each side recognised each other.

“Tahnee’s sister’s husband is Ollie’s second cousin,” an insider told us, emphasising Tahnee and Ollie aren’t related by blood.

“Although they’re not blood-related or anything like that, technically they are distant relatives in a weird way. A lot of the cast would joke about it.”

The source added that this ‘weird’ storyline is unlikely to make it on TV as Channel Nine may want to sweep it under the rug.

“They laughed about this a few times during filming, but it probably won’t be aired as Channel Nine won’t want people spinning it into an incest-style headline scandal,” they explained.
