Madonna, 63, shocks fans with 'creepy' photos: 'She looks 16'

Madonna has shocked her fans after taking to Instagram to share a series of snaps of herself, with many calling out how heavily filtered her face appeared to be.

Fans of the 63-year-old described the star as having a "baby face", with many saying they missed her "actual face".

In the snaps, the singer is seen wearing a large black puffer vest as she drinks a glass of wine and vapes while seemingly working on a film.

"Trying to make a movie... It's really hard!" she wrote. "Wouldn't have it any other way."

Fans shared their thoughts in the comment section, with many unimpressed by the singer's apparent "false face" and asking where the "real Madonna" is.

"So creepy," one user wrote, while another added, "You're too old, delete this."

"Could you please stop putting filters on your pictures," a third wrote.

"Someone’s getting fired for this jacked up photoshop," someone else added.

"But please show us your real face. So much better than this one," one fan pleaded.

"Can you show one photo without filters? It's ok to age! And you can make it look graceful too....no need to pretend to be a teenager...not cool," another said.

"She looks 16," someone else wrote, with another person agreeing, "You look younger than your daughter jeez."

"Doesn’t even look like Madonna anymore. You are trying to be 30 again. Why don’t you age gracefully," one user added.

Others came to her defence, saying she shouldn't listen to the "haters".

Madonna is working on a biopic of her life with the singer announcing last year that she is co-directing and co-writing the film.

Writers Erin Cressida Wilson and Diablo Cody are reportedly working on the project.

Madonna revealed last week that auditions for the biopic are currently underway by sharing a video of herself dancing to her 1983 hit 'Burning Up'.

"Auditions for my film are a Surreal experience," she wrote. "But I'm enjoying Dancing to the Classics!! #burningup."
