The 2024 Logies left viewers in utter shock on Sunday night as comedian Celia Pacquola dropped an off-script, and VERY X-rated comment toward the end of the show. The annual awards ceremony was starting to gain some complaints from viewers as it dragged on well past its scheduled end time of 11pm.

Viewers began taking to X to wonder why the event had run so late and complained that it wasn't appropriate for a Sunday night. However, the gripes quickly turned to gasps as one of the last awards of the night was announced.

Taking to the stage, comedians Celia Pacquola and Luke McGregor bantered and delivered messages to their loved ones. Celia sent her message to her daughter Ellie, while Luke told his wife that he was looking forward to having "normal sex" later in the hotel room.

This was shocking enough but then Celia took it one step further when it appeared she experienced a teleprompter issue as she tried to read the nominees in the drama category. She started to announce the Best Actor in a Drama, before realising the error and making the correction to Best Drama Program.

"Someone at Channel Seven f**ked me!" she quipped - promptly sending X into overdrive.

"11:37 and we have our first f-bomb and it was a beauty. #Logies," one person wrote.

"That’s what you get dragging it out when comedians are last up to present. You know they’re gonna drink, and they definitely won’t have a filter hahaha #logies," another tweeted.

"Holy sh*t, the Logies just peaked. “Someone at Ch7 just f#$ked me!” Absolutely wild," someone else said.

"Guessing that Celia might not get an invite to present an award next year," was another comment.

"Celia: Someone at Channel 7 has fuxcked me! I have the same sentiment towards whoever is meant to be keeping track of the time of this thing," yet another viewer added.

"‘Someone at channel 7 has f*cked me’ has immediately become my new catchphrase for when things don’t go my way," a different viewer wrote.

The silver lining though was that some viewers decided that Celia's mic-drop moment was worth the fact that work would be an absolute punish tomorrow.

"Worth staying up for SOMEONE AT CHANNEL SEVEN HAS F*CKED ME," they wrote.

Let's see if they are saying that in two hours when their alarm for work goes off.
