A-List Celebrity Couple's Los Angeles Home Targeted by Home Intruder
Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban's home in Los Angeles was broken into over the weekend, new reports reveal.
According to TMZ, the A-list couple was recently targeted by a home intruder who smashed a glass window to gain entry into their Beverly Hills residence.
The outlet reports that the intruder was scared off by a member of the celebrities' house staff, who arrived at the home at the same time the intruder was breaking in.
Kidman and Urban, both 57, were not home at the time of the break-in.
The Oscar-winning actress and the country crooner purchased the $4.7 million mansion in the Beverly Hills Post Office neighborhood in 2008. The 3,977 square-foot property consists of 5 bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, according to Architectural Digest.
It hasn't yet been confirmed if any items were stolen from the couple's home, as Kidman and Urban will have to inspect for missing property when they return.
According to TMZ, police have not made any arrests, but an "official investigation is ongoing."
Kidman and Urban aren't the only celebrities who have been targeted by home intruders lately, as a number of other stars have also dealt with break-ins recently, including Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson, Sydney Sweeney, Simu Liu, Sarah Hyland, Sophia Bush, Marlon Wayans, and even Kansas City Chiefs players Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes.
