Lily Rose Depp seen for first time since father's divorce

Johnny Depp's actress daughter, Lily Rose, has been spotted for the first time since her famous father announced his divorce from wife Amber Heard.

Lily Rose, whose mother is French actress and model Vanessa Paradis, looked downcast as she carted her luggage through Los Angeles International Airport.

The 16-year-old wore black leggings and a black singlet which she covered with a bright red hoodie.

She complimented her look with a pair of large sunglasses that nearly covered her make-up free face.

It's been reported that Lily Rose's dislike of Amber was one of the catalyst behind the actresses' decision to file for divorce from Johnny.

Those who knew the pair claim that there was a "full-blown feud between his family and Amber".

An insider revealed: "Johnny's two children, two sisters and his mom hated Amber" and believed that she "treated [Johnny] like crap".

Johnny has since released a terse statement on divorce that reads: "Given the brevity of this marriage and the most recent and tragic loss of his mother, Johnny will not respond to any of the salacious false stories, gossip, misinformation and lies about his personal life. Hopefully the dissolution of this short marriage will be resolved quickly."

Johnny and Amber will now head to the courts in a battle for the Pirates of the Caribbean star's $400 million fortune, with Johnny already responding through his lawyer Laura Wasser asking for Amber's maintenance claim to be turned down.
