Lil Nas X's 'iconic' runway for Coach at New York Fashion Week
It's the collaboration we didn't even realise we were missing.
American fashion label Coach welcomed Lil Nas X as their latest ambassador with him walking the catwalk for them at New York Fashion Week last week - and it was fabulous!
"Welcome to the family, Lil Nas X," Coach put on their website.
"Our new global ambassador shares our belief that style should be about courageously exploring all of who you are.
"We couldn’t be prouder to cheer him on at our Spring ’23 runway show," they added.
And fans on the socials were loving the collaboration.
"A collab I never knew I needed but I love it!" one fan wrote on Instagram.
While another added: "I’ve been waiting for him to walk the runway for fashion week. Thank you Coach!"
Another person summed up the collaboration perfectly in just one word: "iconic!"
"I think Coach and I stand for a lot of the same things - self-expression, innovation, and rewriting the rules in fashion," Lil Naz X said after the show.
"I also love them because they really believe in me and they’ve made so many amazing outfits for me and for my tour," he added.

And despite it being his catwalk debut, Lil Nas X didn't have any butterflies prior to walking out.
"I actually wasn’t that nervous to walk in the show," he told Vogue.
"Compared to live performances - singing and dancing and everything - this wasn’t too nerve-racking."

Hodo Musa, Lil Nas X's stylist since 2020, has helped in the collab with Coach.
"I really feel like I was destined to meet Lil Nas X," she said.
"It might sound silly or crazy, but I instantly knew our collaboration was going to be fruitful and long."
