Lainey Wilson Calls Her Latest Project a "Dream Come True"

Lainey Wilson has officially brought her Louisiana roots to Nashville in more ways than one!

On Thursday, September 19, the “Good Horses” singer unveiled her latest project in Music City. And this time, it’s not a record—it’s a real good meal!

“I’ve had a dream of opening my own bar on Broadway for years and last night we got to celebrate making that dream a reality,” Lainey captioned a carousel of photos from the grand opening of Bell Bottoms Up, held on Tuesday, September 17. “I’ve always said that if I ever had my own place, it would be called Bell Bottoms Up and I would bring a bit of Louisiana to Nashville. Thank you to the incredible team that helped make this little girl from Baskin’s dreams come true and for everyone who came out to celebrate with us last night. Come on by, grab a drink and a bite of some Louisiana cookin’ 🪩✨”

Bell Bottoms Up is a craft cocktail bar serving Louisiana-inspired signature dishes like shrimp boils, crawfish crabcake sliders, broiled oysters, cajun pasta, and more. And when visitors are so full they can’t imagine taking another bite, they can head down to Bayou Keys, Nashville’s newest piano bar nestled within the walls of Bell Bottoms Up.

To say that the Wild Horses and country music fans, as a whole, are excited about this Lower Broadway-Lainey development is an understatement. While Lainey and the Bell Bottoms Up official Instagram account have their comments turned off on the ribbon-cutting ceremony posts, there are dozens of tagged fan photos, as the bar actually opened back on May 31.

Now, we don’t know about you but we want to beeline to Broadway to dance under Lainey’s bedazzled bell bottom-shaped disco ball. Anyone else?
