Kristen Doute Says Pregnancy Loss with Luke Broderick Gives Her 'Hope': 'Back on the Train Trying' (Exclusive)
'The Valley' star has been linked to boyfriend Broderick since December 2022
Kristen Doute is ready to start growing her family.
The Valley star, 41, opened up to PEOPLE about her relationship with boyfriend Luke Broderick, saying that the two are ready to start trying to have a baby again after experiencing a miscarriage late last year.
"I mean, that does give us hope," says the reality TV star, who is currently starring in The GOAT. "I think it's not a false sense of hope. We, at that point, had only been trying for a couple of months and we were fortunate enough."
"So we're just back on the train trying and fingers crossed. We're doing right every month exactly how we should be doing it. So yeah, we're just hopeful."

In November, Doute shared on her podcast Sex, Love, and What Else Matters with Kristen Doute, that she and Broderick had experienced a miscarriage at six weeks.
"I only feel comfortable talking about this because I know so many friends of mine have gone through this," she began. "I know so many women have been through this. And it's really f------ terrifying because you always think, 'What's wrong, what did I do wrong? Could I have done something different?'"
"And my doctor and my friends told me, inside and out, up and down, there's no cause. They don't know why," Doute said.
Although they were still trying to get through a tough moment, Doute shared that she and her boyfriend were focusing on a more positive outcome.
"The only silver lining, the fact that we've now been digesting this for the last four or five days, is that I know once Luke and I are past this, we can try again," she affirmed. "And we were very lucky and very fortunate that we got pregnant so quickly. We were so so lucky because it could have gone a different way for me at my age."
"I haven't gone through IVF, I haven't frozen my eggs. I haven't done anything. I just think there's something in God's plan."
"It was just a really unfortunate thing that happened to us," she added. "And I know that we can try fairly soon. And I think that we're very hopeful to have a very healthy pregnancy the next time around."
Doute and her boyfriend have been linked since December 2022.
The first three episodes of The GOAT are streaming now on Amazon Prime Video and Amazon Freevee, with new episodes dropping on Thursdays.
