Kristen Bell is putting a very demure, very mindful twist on the naked style trend. The Veronica Mars alum kicked off the week by wearing not one, but two different ultra-sheer outfits in one morning on Monday, September 23. In keeping with her unexpectedly bold sartorial choices, Bell decided to lean into a fall fashion faux pas by beginning the day in a sheer, all-white coordinating set.

The Frozen star made a statement in an oversized white button-up shirt paired with a matching midi-length skirt with a thigh-high slit in the back—a modest choice if both pieces hadn’t been completely see through. Bell gave the outfit some It girl styling, rolling the sleeves of her blouse up to her elbows and adding a delicate white bralette paired with white panties underneath the sheer separates. She chose timeless black accessories to complement her all-white attire, adding a pair of cat eye sunglasses, a round leather clutch, and pointy-toed, sling-back pumps with an embellished heel. Her golden ombré locks were worn in a middle-parted hairstyle with subtle waves, and a swipe of rose lipstick added a classic pop of color to her otherwise dual-toned outfit.

As Bell later exited ABC's Good Morning America studios, she chose another similarly sheer look, this time in monochromatic navy blue. The actress–who’s currently promoting her upcoming Netflix series Nobody Wants This alongside Adam Brody–wore a see-through gauze long-sleeved blue blouse worn with a matching barely-there bralette. Unlike before, she kept the sheer elements minimal by pairing it with a matching full A-line skirt that reached all the way down to her ankles. The Good Place star recycled her accessories from earlier as she headed back home after her TV appearance.
