If you've been anxiously feeling the weather get colder, groaning at the thought of hauling yourself out of the house for some denim shopping, good news has arrived express from your favourite saver store, Kmart.
A pair of $20 jeans from the retailer are causing waves online after receiving praise from a popular Sydney stylist who calls them 'affordable classics', and she's got the pics to prove it.
Trash to Treasured blogger Tina Abeysekara highlighted the flattering item on a recent post showing off one of her trademark chic but cheap outfits, and its safe to say the jeans won't be on shelves much longer.
The Super High Rise Straight Jeans come in sizes 6 through 20, and the high cut with the straight cut make for an ultra-flattering fit for every body type.
Where even the most budget-friendly brands will still ask at least $50 for your standard denim, Kmart has their jeans going for $20 and a quick glance through Tina's comments proves they have plenty of fans to boot.
Many compared them to bank-breaking denim they had bought recently.
"Unreal," one woman wrote. "The jeans look like jeans I spent $200 on! Rushing to Kmart!"
Others who had already tried the jeans gushed over the item.
"Love these!" another wrote. "Such good quality for $20."
"Love these jeans!" another agreed. "Have worn them to death!"
"Was totally influenced by you to get these jeans today," another wrote. "So impressed with them! Thanks for sharing."
"Going on a Kmart hunt ASAP I think," another wrote. "Love these jeans on you."
The jeans are available online and in-store, though judging from these reactions that won't be the case much longer!
Another brand that is offering similar jeans at similar prices is ASOS whose version of the Super High Rise comes in a slightly longer leg for the tall ladies out there.
