Kim Kardashian slammed after fronting GQ's 'Men of the Year' cover
"That picture isn't iconic. It's downright lazy."
GQ magazine has been slammed after debuting their 2023 Men of the Year issue with Kim Kardashian as the cover star.
"Hi! I’m the GQ Man of the Year!" Kim posted on Instagram, to a mixed reaction.
While Kim's post on her personal Instagram page was met with support, over on the GQ Instagram page it was a different story.
"Help me understand why she is on the cover of a Men of the Year edition?" one person asked.
"All of the dope men of colour doing cool things in the world and y’all do this?" another said.
"Kim over Pedro?! The Kardashian marketing machine works harder than God," another commented.

But supporting Kim were several celebrities, with Caitlyn Jenner commenting, "Yes you are! 🔥🔥🔥 BOSS! Love you," Lala commenting, "Let's gooo", and Noah Cyrus commenting "Insane".
"I love Kim Kardashian she really that bitch," one person tweeted to mass retweets.
"2023 has been the year of Kim Kardashian. If it’s not a new Skims release, it’s a magazine cover. If it’s not a magazine cover, it’s something dealing with law school. If it’s not law school, it’s a new partnership. She IS THE MOMENT," another person said.

GQ's man of the year: Kim Kardashian
Kim's cover comes after her shapewear company Skims announced they're venturing into menswear, signing a partnership with the NBA and becoming the official underwear supplier for the league.
Kim also shouted out her 10-year-old daughter North for already showing a keen business mind, saying she makes her own pocket money by setting up a lemonade stand on their Hollywood Hills street.
Kim added the budding entrepreneur has a certain system in place when it comes to her prices for selling lemonade.
“If a random person stops, she will charge them only $2. If she knows you, she will fully scam you. I’ll get calls from my friends saying she charged them $20 for a lemonade. She’ll grab their $20 and say, ‘I don’t have any change.'"
