Kim Kardashian mocked over detail in Met Gala photo

Kim Kardashian has been mocked for a photo editing fail in a snap she uploaded to Instagram from the Met Gala.

The star stunned in Marilyn Monroe's iconic "Happy Birthday Mr President" Jean Louis gown at last week's event, but fans pointed out an editing mishap in one of the photos posted from the night.

In one of the snaps, she is seen walking up the Met Gala stairs with boyfriend Pete Davidson, however it appears she slightly altered her calves and knee, with one person on Reddit pointing out a discrepancy from the original photo that was taken.

"My new hobby is looking at what silly stuff Kim edits from the professional event photos for her Instagram," the Redditor wrote alongside the photo.

People quickly noticed the glaring mishap, and said it appeared she no longer had a left knee.

“Her knees? I actually think they look better in the Getty image!" one wrote.

"I’m embarrassed for her," another said.

"It’s funny how she thinks people won’t notice." a third added.

Kim's half-sister Kylie Jenner also caused a stir with her Met Gala outfit last week, with some dubbing it "a mess" and "the biggest glowdown in history".

The cosmetics mogul attended the Gilded Glamour-themed event in a bridal dress with a tulle skirt and sheer T-shirt.

She also wore a backwards baseball cap that had a fishnet bridal veil and floral arrangement.

"I genuinely believe we could bring criminal charges against Kylie Jenner and send her away for at least 25 years for wearing this," another joked.

"Whoever did her makeup and decided her look needs to be fired, she doesn’t even look confident [nor] comfortable," a third added.
