Kim Kardashian divides fans with SKIMS snap: 'Uncomfortable'

Many were not impressed with the $160 SKIMS lingerie.

Kim Kardashian has divided fans after showing off some lingerie from her SKIMS Valentine's Day collection.

The founder of the popular shapewear and clothing brand posted a snap on Instagram wearing a racy hot pink silk one-piece with red lace trimming.

The loose shorts were attached to the top at the sides, leaving a large cutout over the stomach.

Fans flocked to the comments to share how amazing they thought the racy lingerie looked.

"Gorgeous, so pretty," one commented on the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star's snap.

"Stunning," another said.

"Love this," a third added while another dubbed the outfit "beautiful".

Many others however were not fans of the outfit and were quick to point out its flaws.

"Now if this doesn't look good on you Kimmie ... how you think it's going to look on us regular people?" one questioned.

"Do you think this looks good???" a confused fan wrote.

"Oof, it is so bad fitting, it looks cheap and baggy," another slammed the product.

"Looks slightly uncomfortable," somebody added while another said, "The fit is so cringe and shapeless".

The SKIMS Lace Trimmed Silk Teddy retails for A$160 and is described on the website as "cheeky" with "sexy front cut-out details".

"Features a plunging v-neck, flattering high-cut leg, adjustable straps, and 100 per cent cotton gusset. Fits true to size," the product description states.

Kim's snap comes after people online lost it after a woman shared a review of the SKIMS micro bikini, using a rather unconventional method to measure its size.

Sharing a clip on TikTok account @bbysarita, the woman spreads the tiny bikini out on a table before using tortilla chips to show the scale of each triangle on the bikini as well as the matching thong bikini bottoms.

"So if you've been eyeing the SKIMS micro bikini and wondering about the size," she said in the video which showed the set was the same size as a tortilla chip.

People on social media lost it over the fact the woman used the snack as a form of measurement, with many flocking to the comments to continue mocking the tiny bikini set.

"Pass the guac," one joked.

"(Opens bag of Doritos) SKIMS dupe," a TikToker wrote.

"I'd rather spend my money on chips," a third added while another said: "Floss is cheaper."
