Khloé Kardashian's Go-To School Drop-Off Outfit is Surprisingly Relatable (Exclusive)

The reality star, who has a new collection for Fabletics, appreciates athleisure as much as the next mom

Khloé Kardashian's closet may be filled with designer pieces, but she's also amassed an impressive collection of leggings (when we asked her for an estimate of just how many workout pants she owns, she simply replied, "a lot.")

That's because the Kardashians star and mom of two, 40, spends most of her time in comfortable athleisure outfits.

“When I look good, I feel good and that boosts my confidence, especially in the gym. I love wearing pieces that are flattering, yet functional. It’s about finding the right balance between style and performance and sometimes that means several pairs of leggings!” she tells PEOPLE.

And with her new collaboration with Fabletics, she has so many more pairs to add to her closet.

Kardashian and the activewear brand are back with a new collection, a fall edit comprised of sweats, bras, coats, jackets and leggings.

“I love that Fabletics understands that activewear isn’t just about looking good; it’s also about feeling good and performing well wherever your day takes you. We both share the same passion for inclusivity, innovation, empowerment and an understanding that people come in all shapes and sizes,” Kardashians says of the range, which includes sizes 2XS to 4XL for women.

If you've been keeping up with her ongoing partnership with the brand, younknow that this marks their fourth collaboration since they began working together in 2023.

Like all the collections before it, this new edit is both fashion-forward and performance-driven, Kardashian explains. She wanted to switch things up a bit though by incorporating rich, bold colors, comforting fabrics and versatile performance-forward silhouettes fitting for the fall and winter seasons ahead. “Comfort and coziness” take center stage, she adds.

“The cozy sweat sets and teddy jackets are ideal for lounging or layering on cold days, which also makes them transitional pieces as we head into colder months. The puffers and leggings keep you warm and held-in and they move with you.”

Kardashian is currently in the thick of back-to-school season too (she's mom to son Tatum, 2, and daughter True, 6), which means her mom-on-duty uniform consists of a supportive pair of leggings, a comfortable sports bra and sneakers.

She loves throwing on the Low Impact Seamless Strappy Bra and a pair of the Seamless High-Waisted Lurex Leggings, available in a sparkly black, navy or pine green colorways. “You can wear them all day, whether you’re a student in school or a mom that does school drop-off and pick-up!”

The Teddy jacket (which comes in long and cropped versions) and the Puffer jacket are also up there on her favorites list. “They’re so cozy and perfect for an extra layer for a workout, running an errand or an après ski moment. Such an easy coat to toss on whenever! I also love the cold-weather leggings because they’re designed to keep you warm without feeling bulky.”

Overall, Kardashian says her biggest piece of style advice is to just have fun and to experiment. “I’m always looking for inspiration,” she says. “Play with different color palettes in clothing and makeup, no matter the season!”
