Khloé Kardashian Reveals She Was 'Hurt' and Couldn't Do Full Workouts for 'Almost 2 Months'
The reality star said she’s been working her way back "little by little" alongside a new fitness video
Khloé Kardashian is on the mend from an injury.
On Saturday, June 1, the reality star, 39, shared an inspirational video of herself working out with personal trainer Don Brooks (a.k.a. Don-A-Matrix) that, upon first glance, appeared to be quite typical. In the caption of the Instagram post, however, she revealed that she recently injured herself.
“I hurt myself and couldn’t workout the way I wanted to for almost 2 months,” the mom of two revealed alongside the compilation of gym clips.
But, Khloé noted, she’s been working her way back “little by little.”
"A few more weeks and I’ll be there,” the star added. “Then — I have to stay ready so I don’t need to get ready.”
The Kardashians star did not reveal what exactly she injured, but her workout appeared to be quite expansive, including arm, core and leg exercises.

Khloé does not share glimpses into her workouts as often as she does other aspects of her life — but when she does, it often includes special guests.
In January, her sister Kim Kardashian shared a peek at one of her workouts with Khloé in a banter-filled Instagram Stories post.
In the clip, the SKIMS founder, 43, did deadlifts as her younger sister filmed and cheered her on from behind the camera. At one point during the workout, the Good American founder gasped and said, “Oh, my god.”
She then asked Kim what she was training for, and the star quickly replied, “Life,” which Khloé countered with: “The Olympics.”
"Workouts w @khloehardashian really do it for me 😝," Kim wrote across the video.
Last year, Khloé also shared a workout that featured another very special guest: her son, Tatum (whose name had not yet been revealed at the time).
In April 2023, Khloé (who is also mom to 6-year-old daughter True with with ex Tristan Thompson) shared a set of videos in which Tatum, who turns 2 later in July, watched her from the sidelines.
The star worked out with cables and a yoga ball as her baby boy looked on and, in one clip, her trainer, Brooks, kneeled down to give the little one a Khloé-approved pep talk.

More recently, Khloé shared a bit of insight into her current workout routine, which she said was years in the making.
While appearing on health and wellness podcast SheMD last month, the reality star revealed to hosts Dr. Thaïs Aliabadi and Mary Alice Haney that she works out five days a week.
As for what her sweat sessions usually involve? “Cardiovascular intervals with weightlifting," Khloé said.
