Kent & Curwen Fall 2025: Finding Neverland
Kent & Curwen’s fall 2025 show in the courtyard of the Foreign Office appeared to be a magical portal through which imaginary London commuters were transported into Tír na nÓg, or the mythical land of Narnia.
The setting gave creative director Daniel Kearns the freedom to toy with all sorts of characters associated with English culture. A bit like “Little Britain,” but done stylishly and respectfully.

Silhouettes of the quintessential British archetypes — tailored blazers, trenchcoats and sportswear — came with exaggerated shoulders and cinched waists. The brand’s signature logoed striped rugby shirts were constructed with chunky knits. There were also elegant sheer flapper dresses with motifs from C.S. Lewis’ classic series.
Kearns said it was important to evolve the brand via storytelling, especially at a time when its new Chinese owner, Biemlofen, has ambitious plans for retail rollout. On the mood board there were pictures of commuter styles, a close-up of the Beefeater uniform, the royal coat of arms of the U.K., a young Madonna wearing a boxy coat, and Princess Diana attending a royal function.
Mirroring the brand’s effort to rebuild its presence, Kearns said the characters in the show were also “taking those nostalgic moments of their lives, and using that as comfort to take them through to the next stage of their lives.”
Dovetailing with the fall 2025 show, the brand’s global e-commerce site was relaunched on Saturday.
