Kate Middleton's Quiet Gesture for a Children's Charity This Holiday Season Has Been Revealed
The Princess of Wales might also be the Princess of Christmas
Kate Middleton is paying it forward this Christmas season by sending something special to a charity dedicated to young people with disabilities.
On Nov. 29, the TAG Youth Club revealed that Princess Kate, 42, is sending them a Christmas tree, which the young people involved with the organization will have the chance to decorate.
"We are pleased to share that we will be receiving a Christmas Tree from HRH The Princess of Wales," TAG Youth Club wrote on X with a Christmas tree emoji. "We will be taking delivery of the tree in a few days and young people will have the opportunity to help decorate the tree."
The message came with a photo of Princess Kate decorating a Christmas tree that Kensington Palace released in 2023 to promote her Together at Christmas carol concert that year.
A spokesperson for TAG Youth Club tells PEOPLE that the tree is expected to be delivered early next week, and that the club was invited to participate in a draw organized by London Youth, a network connecting over 600 youth organizations in London.

TAG Youth Club for Disabled Young People provides programming for young people ages 8 to 25. It offers personal, social and educational opportunities for youth who "live, learn or earn" in Richmond Upon Thames, Southwest London and Surrey, its website says, and will celebrate its 25th anniversary in 2025.
The Princess of Wales has dedicated much of her philanthropic platform to children, young people and raising the next generation, and Hello! speculated that the Christmas tree could come from Princess Kate's upcoming Together at Christmas carol service on Dec. 6.
According to the outlet, it's understood that trees from Windsor (where Princess Kate, Prince William and their kids live!) used to festoon Westminster Abbey for the carol concert are donated to charities across London after.

Supported by the charitable Royal Foundation she shares with Prince William, Princess Kate spearheaded the first Together at Christmas carol concert in 2021 as a way to thank the individuals and organizations who went the extra mile for their communities during the COVID pandemic. The charitable concert at Westminster Abbey has since become a staple on the royals' annual calendar, and members of the family are expected to step out to support the event on Friday.
Kensington Palace said that 1,600 people have been invited to the festive event, and the Prince and Princess of Wales' office gave a new peek at the invitations being fired off the press on Dec. 2, topped with her royal cypher, "C."

The service itself celebrates the best of what's being done at the community level across the U.K., and each edition so far has had a different theme. This year, Princess Kate's office said she wanted to recognize those who support others in need — individuals who have "above all else, shown that love is the greatest gift we can receive."
The themes of love and empathy are especially meaningful after the Princess of Wales' challenging year. The royal was outside of the spotlight for most of 2024 after announcing in March that she was undergoing treatment for cancer and sharing in September that she completed chemotherapy.
