It’s been eight months since Meghan Markle and Queen Elizabeth II took their royal act on the road, joining forces for a trip to Cheshire, England last June.
Now it’s Kate Middleton’s turn.
Royal-watchers couldn’t help but notice a sweet show of affection between her and Kate. During their car journey, they appeared to share a blue blanket spread across their laps.
The tender gesture has people in their feelings.

While Kate’s wardrobe typically makes headlines, it was the Queen’s time to shine as the pair opened the Bush House education centre at the London University.
After wearing neon green for her June road trip with Meghan, Her Majesty once again opted for a bold monochrome look, looking pretty in pink in a rosy Stewart Parvin cashmere coat paired with a matching hat by Rachel Trevor Morgan.
By contrast, Kate went with a more demure outfit, stepping out in a grey coat dress from Catherine Walker, black Mulberry clutch and Lock & Co. hat.
Hey, even royals have to share sometimes.
The Duchess of Cambridge has previously hosted an event with her grandmother-in-law when they visited Leicester in 2012, 11 months after her wedding to Prince William.
The pair were pictured laughing as they visited Vernon Park during a Diamond Jubilee visit.
