Yahoo Lifestyle Kate Middleton pens touching letter in honour of Children's Hospice Week

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge has penned a touching letter to gain support for Children's Hospice Week which takes place May 11 through May 17.
The 33-year-old, who just welcomed her second child on May 2, wrote a heartfelt letter to families of children with life-threatening conditions.

"For families of children with life-limiting conditions, every moment is precious and every memory needs to be cherished and celebrated," the mother-of-two wrote.
"Children's hospices strive to create happy moments in the most difficult times any family could face. I hope you will join me in supporting Children's Hospice Week and work to make every moment count for all of our families."

Kate has been the Royal patron of East Anglia's Children Hospices (EACH) since 2012.
Children's charity, Together for Short Lives, encourages supporters to use the hashtag #momentscount to spread the word and gain awareness worldwide.
