It's been ten years since Kate Middleton married Prince William at Westminster Abbey but her white lace Alexander McQueen wedding gown remains as influential as ever.

The long-sleeve, A-line gown with a sweetheart neckline instantly took its place as the new royal dress to aspire to with designers quickly recreating the style and millions of brides-to-be setting their hearts on looking 'just like Kate.'

But that was just the beginning. Since joining the British royal family, the Duchess of Cambridge's wardrobe choices continue to go viral.

Websites such as Kate's Closet and What Kate Wore track her every outfit and, within minutes, are offering links to where fans can buy her look, or something similar — before it sells out, of course.

To this day, Kate Middleton is Britain's most popular fashion influencer. According to newly analysed Google data, Kate's style is the most searched of any royal woman with a total of 9,010 monthly searches. The term ‘Kate Middleton dresses’ has a total of 4,610 monthly searches alone.

Fashion news and features director at The Telegraph, Bethan Holt, says in his book, The Duchess of Cambridge: A Decade of Modern Royal Style, that Kate has boosted the British fashion industry by up to £1 billion (over AUD$1.4 billion) in a single year.

Here, we list some of her best recent looks and where you can snap them up for yourself.
