Kate Hudson Is ‘Aging Backwards’ in ‘Stunning’ Red Carpet Look: ‘Color Is Perfect on You’
Fans believe Kate Hudson might just be “aging backwards” after taking in the latest red carpet look she put on display.
The Academy Award-nominated actress posed for several photos while attending the world premiere of Shell, the new comedy horror film she stars in with Elisabeth Moss and Kaia Gerber. The film premiered on Thursday, Sept. 12, at the Toronto International Film Festival.
Photos taken as the Almost Famous actress arrived showed her wearing a two-tone gown with a white skirt that trailed behind her as she walked the red carpet. The satiny strapless dress featured a low-cut coral pink peplum top, which Hudson wore with a dramatic necklace that dipped low on her chest.
Hudson, 45, shared several photos from the red carpet on Instagram on Friday, Sept. 13, including one of her posing for a photo beside Gerber and others of her smiling at fans gathered outside the premiere, posing for cameras and signing autographs.
“What a great night celebrating the world premiere of SHELL 🦞 @tiff_net Thank you for the best time as always Toronto,” Hudson wrote. She then congratulated the film’s director, Max Minghella, who she said made “such a wild and enjoyable film 💃.”
Fans who left comments on the post praised the “Gorgeous 🙌” red carpet look, which some described as “Breathtaking” while others labeled it “so beautiful!”
One Instagram user also asked, “Are you aging backwards?”
“Andie Anderson hasn’t aged a day!!!!! 🔥🔥,” another fan agreed, referencing Hudson’s character in her 2003 romantic comedy How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days.
Others left comments specifically praising Hudson’s “so pretty” dress.
“What a stunning dress and that color is perfect on you,” one fan wrote as another declared the color “so lovely and unique.”
“That Color is Everything on You 😻🍑🔥,” another fan agreed.
