Kate Beckinsale Kicks Off London Fashion Week in Daring Metallic Corset and Leaves Her Giant Bow at Home

The actress was among celebrities to attend the Harris Reed Spring/Summer 2025 show on Sept. 12

Kate Beckinsale is kicking off London Fashion Week in style!

On Thursday, Sept. 12, the actress, 51, dressed to impress as she marked the start of the events in the British capital by attending the Harris Reed Spring/Summer 2025 show, wearing a daring corset.

Beckinsale's top featured a black and metallic bodice that was cropped just about her waist to offer a cutout look. She teamed the corset with a high-waisted long black skirt and added some extra height with a pair of black heels.

Beckinsale was photographed on the front row at the event, which was held at The Tanks at Tate Modern, joining celebrities including Ellie Goulding and British actress Saffron Hocking.

The Underworld star wore her hair in a chic up 'do and completed the glam get-up with a pair of dangling gold statement earrings.

To complement her look, Beckinsale wore her usual glossy nude pink lip, teaming it with some rosy blush and gold eyeshadow.

From there, the celebrations for Reed continued, with Beckinsale attending a dinner hosted by British Vogue and the designer. Reed teamed up with Royal Salute Whiskey for a collaboration and made sure to share multiple snaps from the star-studded event on his Instagram Stories.

Beckinsale is now back in her home country after lighting up the Venice Film Festival with her signature sparkle earlier this month.

The Serendipity actress was among the stars celebrating the prestigious Sept. 1 amfAR Gala during the festival, and she pulled out all the stops with her outfit as she posed for photographers in a bedazzled baby pink bodysuit with feather-like embellishments and sequin floral motifs.

Donning another corset to accentuate her floor-length train, Beckinsale then added a lot of extra height with some glittering silver platform heels.

The actress is also known for wearing her oversized hair bow. However, she went without it for her recent red carpet appearances.

Never usually one to ignore trolls' comments, Beckinsale has continued to wear the accessory despite receiving a slew of disparaging comments about her appearance after she shared multiple videos showing her singing karaoke with friends and making fresh mozzarella back in June.

"Please take that ridiculous bow off," one user commented on Beckinsale's Instagram post.

The star didn't hold back in her reply, writing, "As I said before, take that expression off your bitter a-- face. Unless you can't. In which case, condolences," among other responses.

As another commenter said Beckinsale looked like "a toddler in a pageant," she quipped back, "Lucky old me."
