Karl calls Jasmine his 'saviour' in emotional wedding speech
They tied the knot in a lavish Mexican wedding yesterday and last night, Karl Stefanovic gushed over his new wife, Jasmine Yarbrough, in a touching speech.
The 44-year-old Today Show host reportedly became emotional as he described his 34-year-old wife in front of their 180 guests, at the One&Only Palmilla resort.
“Jasmine, you have taken on enormous stress with me, you have taken on another family, media and social criticism that would break most — you’ve weathered it,” he said, according to The Sydney Morning Herald.

“You stand tall, you stand strong, you stand up and keep walking.
“You are my rock, you are my saviour, you put me back together. I’m a better person because of you, a better friend, a better dad — tonight I celebrate and toast you Jasmine my wife.”
The bride stunned in a bespoke gown with a detachable skirt, which reportedly took designer J. Andreatta six months to create.
Jasmine’s father Bob walked her down the aisle at the luxurious One&Only Palmilla resort yesterday.
The likes of Julie Bishop, Sylvia Jeffreys, Richard Wilkins, model Montana Cox and blogger Louise Roe were among the famous names in attendance, who danced the night away in a marquee bejewelled with glistening fairy lights.

Karl’s sister Elisa Pointon conducted the ceremony in front of the 180 guests, and he was walked into the service by his mother Jenny.
Speaking before the wedding, Jasmine admitted getting hitched would change her life forever.
“I am a very loyal person so choosing one person for life is a big thing for me,” she told The Sunday Telegraph.

According to The Sunday Telegraph, the Mara & Mine shoe designer will legally be changing her name to Jasmine Stefanovic.
