As fans continue to cheer on Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's romance, one of Kelce's Kansas City Chiefs teammates, long snapper James Winchester, turns out to be one of their biggest supporters as he shared a bold prediction for their future.

The 34-year-old spoke with the Like A Farmer podcast hosted by Pat Spinosa, and during the conversation, he talked a bit about Swift and Kelce's relationship and how the experience has been so far for the team.

Spinosa then asked him if he thought they might get engaged, with Winchester replying, "I can definitely see it, yeah. They’re very similar in a lot of ways. Being around Trav for the last nine years, I mean, I think they’re more similar than you would think."

He added his own wishes for the couple, saying, "I’m going to go with what our kicker Harrison Butker said, ‘I hope you guys get married and have a lot of kids.’ So, you know, I’m like ‘Hey, go for it, have a family.’ I’m happy for them.”

Winchester also talked about how he first found out about the couple's relationship at the Chiefs game versus the Chicago Bears, telling someone that day that he thought the rumors were fake, only to be proven immediately wrong.

As for whether or not he's a Swiftie himself, the long snapper admitted that he's a fan of the singer and attended her Eras Tour concert with his family, naming "Shake It Off" as his favorite song.

Swift and Kelce first began dating in the middle of 2023, but they went public with the relationship when the "Fortnight" singer arrived to watch her boyfriend play in the Chiefs-Bears game. She continued supporting him throughout the rest of the season and postseason, including the Chiefs' Super Bowl LVIII win.

While the football team is on a break before the new season starts, the couple appear to be going strong as Swift heads back on tour.
