Yahoo Lifestyle Kane and Katelyn Brown’s Wayfair Favorites for a Cool and Cozy Home

While Kane Brown is taking time off tour, he's also taking time to get cozy at home with his fam. He and his wife Katelyn are the newest duo to join forces with the home and furniture store, Wayfair.
The Wayborhood, as they like to call it, is the brand's catchy campaign that shows off all the different styles Wayfair has to offer and the personalities of its customers. You've probably seen their cute and funny commercials with Kelly Clarkson, the brand's main ambassador. Now, the Brown's are newest family to move into the Wayborhood. Brown is a family man known to bring his wife and kids on the road with him when he's on tour. And he told Country Living he doesn't sacrifice a comforting and homey space just because he's on a tour bus.
"Anywhere we can be together as a family makes me feel at home," Kane told Country Living. "We spend a lot of time on the road, so bringing pieces from our home onto the road, such as family photos, workout equipment, my kid’s handmade arts and crafts, etc. always makes things feel more like home.”
When they are taking time off at home, Kane and Katelyn's own personal styles can come into play more. While they both have their own ideas for decor, the two are able to find ways to make it work in their home.
"Definitely neutral and calm colors feel like home to me," said Katelyn. "I always have a ton of candles in my spaces to create a relaxing and zen vibe no matter where we are. I draw a lot of inspiration from Pinterest and then like to do a fun, personal twist on them. To me, making a home is all about personalization!"
Meanwhile, Kane likes things that feel a little more traditional to him and his upbringing.
"That classic southern style is so comforting to me. Because I grew up in Northwest Georgia, I draw a lot of inspiration from my roots back home, with a modern, yet cozy feel," said Kane.
Since I myself am a regular shopper of Wayfair, I had to know what the two were loving from the brand and filling their home with this season.
“We love this firepit for the summer and fall months," they told me. "We spend so many nights making s’mores with our kids and hanging out by the fire."

Kane is kicking off his High Road Tour in March this year, but I can only imagine it's nice knowing he's got such a cozy space to be with family, on and off the road.
