Justin Baldoni’s longtime podcast co-host, Liz Plank, announced her decision to leave their show Monday, joining his agency WME in cutting ties with the actor after Blake Lively accused him of sexual harassment and coordinating a smear campaign against her.

“I’m writing to you today to let you know that I have had my representatives inform Wayfarer that I will no longer be co-hosting The Man Enough podcast,” Plank penned in a statement posted to her Instagram. “Thank you for trusting me with your hearts and stories, for holding space for mine, and for making this show what it was. I will miss you, the listeners, so much. I love what this community created together with every fiber of my being, and that’s because of you.

“As this chapter closes for me, I remain committed to the values we’ve built together,” she continued. “Thank you for being here, for trusting me, and for being by my side for the last four years. We all deserve better, and I know that together, we can create it. I will have more to share soon as I continue to process everything that has happened. In the meantime, I will continue to support everyone who calls out injustice and holds the people standing in their way accountable.”

Plank hosted The Man Enough podcast alongside Baldoni and production company Wayfarer Studios’ president Jamey Heath (Wayfarer was co-founded by Baldoni and Steve Sarowitz). Launched in 2021, the trio dedicated each episode to discuss gender roles and “what it means to be a man today,” as described on their website.

On Dec. 20, Lively filed a legal complaint against Baldoni accusing him of sexual harassment and of engineering a smear campaign against her with the help of his public relations teams, helmed by Jennifer Abel and crisis communications expert Melissa Nathan.

The actress also listed Heath, Wayfarer Studios, and Sarowitz in her complaint, where she detailed that she “suffered from grief, fear, trauma, and extreme anxiety” as a result of Baldoni’s alleged actions both on and off set of the pair’s film It Ends with Us.

Baldoni’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, called the claims “outrageous” and told the Associated Press in a statement, “These claims are completely false, outrageous and intentionally salacious with an intent to publicly hurt and rehash a narrative in the media.”
