Julia Morris’s quick wit isn’t the only thing attracting attention on this year’s season of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, with the chic wardrobe the comedian brought to the jungle garnering plenty of praise from viewers.
Last night, the show’s resident funny woman was radiant in this bright green shirt dress from Karen Millen that fans quickly tried to snap up online.
With contrasting gold buttons and a belt cinching it in at the waist, the bold summer dress picked up a lot of interest on Instagram when Julia posted the details. Unfortunately however, the dress is sold out in every size but an AU 6 and 8, leaving many disappointed.
“Love the dress!! Devastated it’s not available in my size,” one fan commented on Julia’s Instagram, while another echoed, “Damn the dress is sold out in all but the tiny sizes”.
Rubbing salt in the wound is the fact that it’s currently on sale for $132 instead of the usual $330, however there are a few almost identical shirt dresses from the same brand in white, chocolate brown, and in a yellow and black print, that are also on sale and have a wider range of sizes in stock.
Another frock fans have been frothing over is this linen number from Aussie designer Zimmermann.
Also currently on sale, the $475 midi dress (originally $950) has a pop of colour at the hem and sleeves in the form of delicate embroidered flowers.
Julia paired hers with wedge espadrilles with multicoloured straps from ASOS that have sadly since sold out, in a look many on Instagram described as “stunning” a “stunner” and even “stunmont”, according to fellow comedian Kate Langbroek.
The TV star wore a similar, although slightly more affordable, dress last week when she hit screens in this antique white number from Country Road.
Retailing for $270, it has blouson sleeves, an A-line midi-length skirt and chic button detailing at the waist.
One person loved it so much they commented, “What a vibe adding this dress to my cart right now!!!!”, while others said, “Love the outfit, I want it, it’s so beautiful!” and “Looks better on you than the model on their website”.
Pretty in pink
Julia’s also been wearing a bit of pale pink this season, with three pretty pastel outfits catching our eye in particular.
This $399 pineapple print mini dress from Leo Lin elicited a “god damnnn,” from TV presenter Grant Denyer and a “Love this!” from Bachelor runner-up Abbie Chatfield on Instagram.
She styled the statement dress with black, open toe wedges and a $25 black belt from Sheike.
In the same colour palate was this relaxed linen blazer and shorts set from South Of The Border which is currently in pre order for a restock and retails for $378, and this very patriotic, $1,950 Australia-themed dress from Zimmermann that she wore for the season opener.
We look forward to seeing what she pulls out next!
