Julia Fox is not one to play it safe in the style department, consistently cementing her status as a sartorial vanguard with barely-there looks that are high on shock value. And the Uncut Gems actress’s April 12 appearance at Coachella was no exception, as Fox put a truly wild—and butt-baring—twist on western dressing for the star-studded music festival.

Posing alongside stars like Charli XCX, Cara Delevingne, and Tyga at Coachella’s Overcompensating House and Revolve Fest on Saturday, Fox stuck to her less-is-more style ethos with a cowgirl-coded look complete with a lace-up corset and assless chaps. The fashion darling turned heads in a cream-colored strapless bustier top and barely-there thong that she paired with a strapless caramel-hued body stocking.  Meanwhile, matching chaps in the same cream color and fabric buckled onto Fox’s barely-there top in front, leaving her butt exposed from behind. As she turned around, she showed off the chaps’ matching lingerie-inspired lace-up design on the back of her legs.

Despite the Coachella heat, Fox layered up with a cropped dark brown leather jacket that featured an edgy cape design and detachable arms that were fitted with shoulder buckeles. A pair of matching knee-high brown leather boots with a chunky heel, a pebble-colored small handbag, and futuristic sci-fi wraparound sunglasses in a mocha-brown hue accessorized Fox’s festival season look.

In a glam 180 from the dramatic clown makeup and Velveeta yellow curled wig she sported at the Fashion Trust U.S. Awards on April 8, Fox went with a surprisingly natural beauty look. She wore her shoulder-length brunette hair in a sleek, slicked-back wet style and subtly accentuated her features with barely-there bleached brows, a statement matte mauve lip, and dramatic smokey eyes.

While Fox might be best known for her truly inventive street style looks, it's clear she's bringing her boundary-pushing trendsetter reputation to the 2025 festival season circuit as well.
