To Fixer Upper fans, it may seem like star Joanna Gaines never takes a break and for the most part, that rings true. But, we're not complaining because her latest project is one for the books (literally).

At 46, the interior design star has already accomplished so much in her career. From the hit design show that she co-stars in with her husband to having a fan-favorite decor line in Target, Joanna is a woman of many trades. And, now it's time to add yet another exciting project to her already impressive resume—a children's book.

In her emotional Instagram post debuting her book titled The World Needs The Wonder You See, the Fixer Upper star wrote, "This book has my heart 🤍 As someone who spent far too long moving far too fast, I hope this story is a beautiful reminder for kids (and parents too!) that wonder is everywhere, and that it’s ours for the taking if we’re willing to look up and reach for it."

As the mom of five, this career news makes so much sense for her brand. Plus, after her previous bestselling children's books, The World Needs Who You Were Made to Be and We Are the Gardeners, it was pretty clear through her post's comment section that fans have been loving seeing Joanna in her author era. "Thank you for putting this beauty into the world, Jo!! We’re all thankful you continue to do the work you do," wrote one person. "The messages and beautiful illustrations in your children’s books are something all of our hearts, young and old, need 🤍," said another.

Featuring beautiful illustrations by Julianna Swaney, we were already obsessed with everything Joanna creates, but knowing that this book was inspired by her youngest son makes it that much more special. “Just watching Crew move through the world gave me the idea for this book. I wanted to write a story that would not only celebrate kids’ natural sense of curiosity and adventure but also encourage all the grownups out there that wonder awaits them too,” she explains.
