Jimmy John's New Kickin' Ranch 'Soup' Firmly Divides Fans: 'I Have So Many Questions'

Jimmy John's listened to fans' request to bring back the popular Kickin' Ranch sauce as a permanent part of the menu, going even further with a divisive new "soup" version.

The restaurant announced the new Kickin' Ranch "Soup" to fans on social media, saying, "as if bringing back Kickin’ Ranch® wasn’t enough #KickinRanchisBack," while also announcing a few other interesting new items.

The Kickin' Ranch "Soup" appears to simply be a bigger version of the regular dipping sauce, likely to make it easier for customers to dip their sandwiches in it.

There were many fans excited about the larger dip size, with comments on X like, "This is very great," "Oh this changes everything" and "Jimmy John’s admin, what’s your ring size? I’m ready to propose," while some on Reddit were a bit more confused.

In response to a post someone made titled "Excuse me??" asking, "What the f--k is ranch soup," someone wondered, "Why is 'soup' in quotations?? why ranch soup? I have so many questions lmaoo."

Another perplexed fan wrote, "You know how many people are going to be like how tf is this soup??...If I ordered something that said soup, ID EXPECT A SOUP!!!!"

Aside from the puzzling name choice, in general, people seemed excited about the return of Kickin' Ranch and were eager to dip their next Jimmy John's sandwich in it.
