Each week during The Golden Bachelorette, host Jesse Palmer will answer a few questions about Joan's "journey" to find "love." Today, Jesse shares his thoughts via email about the guys' move-in day adventures, the premiere's many tear-jerking moments, and more.
ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY: Move-in day at the mansion was quite an event. What was your favorite part of watching the men negotiate over top bunks, closet space, and snoring issues?
JESSE PALMER: The best part was watching Pascal try to convince the other men to do his laundry and make him breakfast. Let me just say he was willing to pay top dollar!

The guys were good dancers and not bashful. Gary has some serious moves, but even Charles L. was cutting a rug!

All three stories were tear-jerkers for me. I really commend the guys for opening up to Joan about their experiences and being vulnerable so early in their journey. I know Joan really appreciated it, too.
The men really brought it for the Golden Talent Showcase. What were some of the acts that impressed you the most?
So many good ones to choose from. Pascal’s haircut actually looked amazing, and he did it in 7 minutes! I also really liked Dan’s ribbon routine — he totally went for it and he had the whole audience behind him!
