Jennifer Lopez is seemingly breaking her silence amid her divorce with Ben Affleck. J.Lo turned heads in a mirrored revenge gown that was more cutout than dress on Friday, Sept. 6 as she walked the red carpet at the Toronto International Film Festival. While Affleck–who has a producer credit on her film The Unstoppable–was notably absent, the multi-hyphenate appeared to reference her ex as she posed alongside her co-stars.

In a TikTok video shared by The Hollywood Reporter, Lopez could be heard laughing and telling her co-star Bobby Cannavale “I’m a bad picker,” seemingly in reference to her failed marriage. The “On the Floor” singer filed for divorce on her and Affleck’s second wedding anniversary two weeks ago after months of split speculation. The clip shows Lopez repeating the phrase a few times to Cannavale, who didn’t seem to be able to hear her at first. Once he heard her, she could be heard saying, “It is what it is.”

The Marry me actress–who made an entrance at the premiere in a dress solely held together with large black bows on the sides–was also seen deep in conversation with Matt Damon at the premiere after-party, according to People. Damon, who is a co-producer on the film along with Affleck, has been one of the Gone Girl actor’s best friends since childhood. However, he appeared to still be close with Lopez as he reportedly approached her as she sat with Damon’s wife Luciana and Don Cheadle at the EPOCH Bar & Kitchen Terrace at The Ritz-Carlton.

“Jen and Matt began talking and had a long, deep conversation,” a source told People, noting that they held hands at one point during their approximately 20-minute conversation. The insider also said that their heartfelt interaction seemed to start off on a more playful note before taking a more serious turn.
