Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck might be in the midst of an ongoing divorce, however, the exes aren't letting that stop them from celebrating the holidays together. In fact, the two seemingly picked out presents for each other despite their breakup.

According to the Daily Mail, Lopez and Affleck were recently spotted at Soho House in West Hollywood exchanging gifts during a private lunch. Little is known about the details of the presents, however, the specifics say a lot—there's a big difference between a gag gift and something super thoughtful, naturally.

The former husband-and-wife's get together points to their allegedly cordial relationship. Since splitting, the two have had nothing but positive things to say about each other. They've also reportedly stayed "connected" for the sake of their kids who have become friends.

“They have every intention of continuing to be in each other’s lives despite not being romantically involved,” a source recently told Page Six. “Ben and Jennifer are still connected and they do communicate when it involves their kids.”

The insider added that the exes “have a mutual respect for one another,” which is “not something that goes away” overnight. “Obviously things haven’t been the same, but they have a lot of history,” they explained.

In a new interview with British Vogue Lopez revealed that being a mom can be "beautiful" but "challenging" at times. The actress, who shares 16-year-old twins Emme and Max with ex Marc Anthony, said being a parent is “the hardest job that anyone could ever have." She added that she relates to her Unstoppable character by “wanting to put forward the best face for [your kids] all the time, but also be struggling as a woman and in relationships and in life, with your own dreams and aspirations.”

In the film, which will be available on Prime Video January 16, 2025, Lopez plays Judy Robles, the mother of wrestler Anthony Robles. “I understood it," she continued. "I mean, as a mom, you always want to put your best foot forward for your kids. You want to lift them up. That doesn’t stop you from being a human being who struggles."
