Jennifer Hawkins announces she's pregnant

Australian model Jennifer Hawkins has announced she’s pregnant.

Taking to Instagram on Friday, the 35-year-old former Miss Universe revealed she and husband Jake Wall are expecting their first child.

What’s more, she revealed the couple already know it’s going to be a baby girl, and couldn’t be more excited about the new addition to the family.

“I’m sooo happy to share with you some exciting news! Jake and I are expecting a baby girl!!!” Jen wrote to her social media followers.

“We can’t wait to meet her!” she continued.

“Thank you to our beautiful family and friends for their love and support and, most importantly, to my hubby Jake – I can’t wait to see you as a Daddy! @jakewwall xx.”

Attached was a lovely snap of the pair which showed the model’s growing baby bump.

Of course, many famous friends immediately congratulated the celebrity couple on their beautiful news.

“Yippee- congratulations beautiful girl. You’ll be an amazing mum. Can’t wait to see you in your new role,” wrote Rebecca Judd.

“Congratulations beautiful Amazing news x,” penned fellow model Jesinta Franklin, while Kyly Clarke wrote, “Worlds biggest congrats guys!! Exciting news and a beautiful time in your life. Enjoy. Hope the pregnancy is treating you well”.

Jen and Jake’s exciting baby news comes after they tied the knot back in 2013.
