Jennifer Aniston Settles Debate About the Real Color of Her Iconic “Friends” Dress: 'For the Record...'
The actress took to Instagram to settle a fan debate on the heels of the 30th anniversary of the beloved sitcom
Jennifer Aniston is sharing the truth about one of her most iconic Friends outfits.
After Max shared a meme showing the difference between the beloved sitcom streaming in HD versus 4K, fans called out the difference in color in the two images. In one, Aniston appears in the memorable mint green dress her character Rachel Green wears in the season 3 episode "The One Where No One’s Ready." The second image shows the same still from the episode, but the actress' dress looks blue.
"As if @jenniferaniston could be any more perfect," the streaming platform captioned the Wednesday, Sept. 25 post. "Always there for you. Celebrate 30 years of #Friends now streaming in 4K on Max. #Friends30."
In the comments, fans expressed confusion about the dress' true color.
"Ok what’s the real color of that dress?🤔," one wrote.
"Rachel not so Green," another joked.
A third said, "How does 4K change clothing color though lol."
The 55-year-old actress took to Instagram. On her Stories, she shared Max's post, adding her own commentary via text: "For the record, the dress was mint green."
